Clothing Repair: Summer Fabrics (1-4pm)

Ages 16+

Learn the fundamentals of mending tailored to your favorite light-weight summer clothing. We will cover hand stitching techniques for repairing clothing, fiber selection, color theory, and clothing longevity. We will focus on linens, cottons, gauze and t-shirts in this 1-day workshop, but feel free to bring in any articles of clothing that are currently in your mending bin to troubleshoot!
