Ages 16+
Learn the ancient Korean art of gilding a thin sheet of gold onto the surface of silver. Through heat and pressure the gold foil is permanently bonded with the silver. This is a great lower-cost way to add gold accents to your pieces. Each student will be given 1" of gold foil and a 1x2" piece of 22g silver sheet. Students will learn to make their own burnisher and get to take it home.
