Learn the basics of capturing a stone including bezel, tube and prong settings. Add some sparkle to your jewelry projects while expanding your metalsmithing knowledge. This class covers many contemporary stone setting designs and techniques. Students will leave with a comprehensive understanding and building blocks for effective stone setting. 

*Prerequisite: Metalsmithing 2 or equivalent within the last 2 years. Must have experience with piercing, filing, sawing, and high temperature soldering.
